What makes us different?

Place Design Studio’s chief touchstone is our experience on the construction side of place-creation, via our Place Collaborative with Appleseed Workshop.  While most architects practice exclusively from the seat of the designer, our professionals have established themselves as total practitioners – trained and capable in architectural thought and practice, while experienced and skilled in the world of actually crafting designs.  This gives us an unparalleled perspective on the effects of each design stroke, and real-world know-how to bring great ideas to reality.
